Currently I'm sitting here with my wine( PS. I typically write up my posts the night before, I'm not an alcoholic I swear..lol) listening to Christmas music in my office (aka my dining room table) typing up my first Christmas Decor post of the season. If you read my post yesterday, thank you. Maybe now you'll have a little insight into just why I start breaking out the decor so early. It felt really good to get my feelings of my chest regarding the topic!
So now that all that has been said- I'm super duper (do people say super duper anymore? I guess I do lol) excited about this new pillow from at Paris Chic Boutique! Like, I'm ridiculously obsessed with it. I probably shouldn't be obsessed with pillows but well, I am. And that's that darn it.
Just check it out and tell me what YOU think about it?!
I mean. I can't even deal.
This corner is one of my favorite spaces. It took awhile to come together but it did, little by little and now I love it. Even better is that it didn't cost me a ton of money to put together. The ladder was a DIY and it cost maybe, $10 to make. You can read about how we did it here. I found this little stool for free on the side of the road and painted it with my favorite chalk paint, I found the old window for $10 at my favorite antique shop, and the chair on Craigslist for $40! I was so thrilled. It's this one here. But I suggest searching some up via swap and sell sites. I've found several on Craigslist! I'm really looking for the perfect little stool to add to this space but might invest in an ottoman for people to prop their feet up on. Cozy is always the goal, ya'll.
The really awesome thing about this corner is it's so neutral. And will work beyond just Christmas. While I'm in the middle of decorating for Christmas, and not thinking super hard about "winter" yet, it did cross my mind as I was decorating this space. This pillow is great all winter long. Don't you think?!
I am SUPER bad about staying with ONE theme in my home for Christmas, I have a crazy love for all things neutral but love red at Christmas, so be prepared for a mix of all things over the next few weeks. I hope you don't mind.
In the meantime- What do you guys think about this pillow? Actually, this whole space in general? I'm really pretty happy with it. I hope you like it too. I also hope you have a great weekend! I'm really hoping we can get started on our kitchen backsplash. Of course I'll keep ya'll updated on Instagram! You can also follow along on facebook or leave a message here for me. I just LOVE hearing from you all.
