Ahhh 2020, what a time. It’s a year most of us would like to forget about but we never will. It was the year we finally all agreed, leggings ARE pants. The year we learned we could never have enough toilet paper, and also the year we really needed to practice some self care so we could keep our sanity.

While the year wasn’t ideal, and didn’t go as planned for a lot of us, I still learned quite a lot. And found a lot of new products along the way. I’ve always LOVED reading these posts when other bloggers share them! it’s so interesting to me to hear what people have loved and even what they haven’t. I’ve also discovered some really cool stuff.

Here are my top favorite purchases of 2020 and I’ll also link up the TOP SOLD purchases of 2020 as well, a lot of things aren’t for sale anymore, like most of my outdoor furniture, but I’m hopeful it will be back soon. Honestly probably in February when Spring decor and goodies start dropping. I hate to rush things, but its the one time of year I actually get excited to go by quickly. ;)

10. Candle Lighter-

i’m a candle lover, i LOVE my essential oils, and LOVE my Pura, but I don’t think I’ll ever stop burning candles. For that reason, I love this re-chargeable candle lighter that is not only functional but attractive and works as part of your decor. It was one of my favorite things things year, and also was one of my top 10 most sold items. the comments are still coming in about cool this is. It’s worth the purchase. Promise!

9. verb energy bars-

I get it, these aren’t for everyone, but if you’re used to health bars, you’ll love them, certain flavors are better than others but they absolutely have helped me get through 2020, I take them with me EVERYWHERE, they’re in my car, in my purse, in my travel bags, and I also love giving them as gifts because I truly do think they work, They give me a quick pick me-up when I’m feeling that late afternoon slump and i’ve loved them so much this year! 8. Parachute Sheets-

2020 was the year we spent a LOT of time at home, I’ve never been the type to want to spend money on things like good towels, or sheets, but I was sick of being cheap sheets and having them pill and get ruined after a few months. So I decided to invest in some high quality sheets and I’m literally NEVER looking back. These were worth every single cent I paid and I love giving sets as gifts now. It’s truly the gift that keeps on giving! If parachute sheets are out of your budget, no worries! These {amazon sheets} are honestly the next best thing.

7. water bottle with time tracker.

i finally kicked my soda drinking habit to the curb a few years ago, these days I can’t even drink a soda because the taste is gross to me, I still drink a Dr. Pepper occasionally because that’s my weakness but I’ve really stepped up the water drinking this year. Did you know you should be drinking half your weight in water daily? I admit i’ve been peeing more :) but I’ve also seen a huge improvement in my overall health as well. I feel better, my skin looks better, my nails are better. I totally attribute most of my water drinking habits to this water bottle which helps me keep track of my water intake, I have several variations of it, and it’s totally helped!

6. the amazon dress.

I love Amazon, I mean, that’s no secret, but this dress might be my most favorite (and most sold!) purchase of all time from there. It’s flattering on any figure, and looks great with heels or wedges, the fabric is soft and hides all the wrong curves and accents the right ones. I’ve since bought this in 3 different colors and patterns.

5. amazon leggings.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I freaking LOVE these leggings, i have these joggers as well and also love them, These are an almost identical dupe to lululemon’s (I have both!) and they wash so well. They don’t fade, aren’t see through and come in a ton of color options. I love that they are flattering but don’t compress you so much you’re uncomfortable. Let’s be honest, leggings were a must in 2020, and I’m so glad I found these!

4. capri blue volcano dupe candle.

Top sold item of the year for good reason, the scent is an exact replica for the infamous capri blue volcano candle which I also own and love but this version costs a 3rd less. The jar is sleek, and the scent is nice and clean. it burns evenly and I’m forever stocked up on it! You can still get this candle here!

3. tula skincare-

the tula eye balm has been life changing for me, It’s the ONLY eye balm I’ve found that actually gives me a cooling sensation under my eyes and keeps me refreshed throughout the day, I even put it on over makeup when I’m feeling tired or puffy and it’s amazingly cooling. Some tula products have been hit or miss but this is a total HIT for me!

2. flattering ae swimsuit-

The Swimsuit that sold out so fast! It’s crazy flattering and supportive, and I got tons of compliments every single time I wore it, I’m hoping they keep this style and restock soon! For the meantime it’s still offered in select sizes and colors.

nespresso-

Probably no surprise here! The nespresso was my favorite purchase of 2020! I love my keurig but I think the coffee just taste better with my nespresso, and it also gives me the ability to create more custom drinks. The coffee stays hotter, and the lattes are better. i feel like i get to be a barista every day and it’s oddly therapeutic.
